C. his post is incomplete and vauge, IE what brand rotors, what vendor, what pads, miles on car etc etc
D. you can only hold peoples hand but so much, after a while you get tired of saying

"Take a look @ the steering rack and tension rod bushings, they are known to effect this issue a LOT. Also look at the age and sag of your springs - excess camber due to sag will cause the front end to shake under braking load."
